Great dentist and office!!! I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so!!!

My entire family has been going to this office for more than 10 years. They treat us just like family and remember all of us. The doctor believes that in this age there should never be any pain associated with dentistry and he ensures that the patient is comfortable at all times. His assistant pats you on the shoulder to let you know everything's going to be all right and makes you feel very comfortable.
It's a nice office in the nice area. I actually look forward to going to the dentist and seeing my friends. They are so polite they even laugh at my corny jokes.

Dr. Peterson is a great dentist! He provides exemplary pain-free dental work with a caring, professional attitude. His staff is also very efficient. If you're looking for a superior dentist that you can trust, he is your choice.

I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a kind and professional staff and amazing dentist, Dr. Peterson! I had a bunch of dental work done today and they took such great care of me and even gave me a smoothie king gift card to use after my appointment. Dr. Peterson also called me later that day to check in and make sure everything felt okay. I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist and I am just beyond thankful for everyone at James Peterson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!

I recently moved to Coppell and needed a new dentist. The hygienist was gentle and informative. I like that she explained everything in detail and spent more than an hour with me. I then came back for work with Dr Peterson. He also spent time answering my questions and I was able to get my crown the same day. I didn’t even know that was possible. Everyone was very nice and I am happy!

I was supposed to have two treatments - fillings and crown work. Firstly, they did not let me have an appointment for my fillings before they could do my crown work (more expensive work), and their explanation was that this is how they run their business.

Secondly, I was waiting for two months to get an appointment for any of the works, and never got it. Now I will be travelling for three months and wanted to get an appointment for the time when I come back. They could only give me one appointment and not another one, telling me not to worry that I will get an appointment after the first work is done, which is probably another months of waiting. Meanwhile, they let my teeth just decay. Ridiculous way to do business - cannot even give appointments.

Very disappointing.

Always a great experience. Dr. Peterson did amazing work replacing my crown. He made sure I was comfortable during the process and it fits perfectly like it is my original tooth. I am moving and can’t imagine how I will find another dentist nearly as great.

Dr Peterson and his staff are amazing going above and beyond. I returned today for the consult and learned the plan that he recommends according to my specific situation. So, I am very pleased with what he has recommended and will be looking forward to the consultation with Dr Steele in Coppell for implants.

Dr Peterson and his staff are the best! Always a pleasant experience from Courtney greeting you up front, and Erica always so accommodating with making sure your concerns are addressed as she tends to your cleaning. Very nice atmosphere!
