To keep your teeth looking their best, after KöR home whitening, you will need to maintain a proper home oral care routine, including daily brushing and flossing. We also recommend continuing to schedule professional cleanings every 6 months at James Peterson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. You should do your best to limit or avoid food and drinks that stain, like coffee, berries, and red wine, and any type of tobacco product. For the longest-lasting results, you will need periodic touch-ups, which you can also do at home.
