I have been a long time patient at "James Peterson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry". I came to his practice as a patient who having had previous bad experiences with other practices and as such did not relish the idea of going to the dentist. However, Doctor Peterson and his staff along with their "high-tech", thoughtful and kind application of their services turned me around, and well I have never considered going anywhere else. So much so that even though I live in Fort Worth I am willing to drive all the way back over to Coppell for my visits. In closing I must say I would (and regularly do) recommend Doctor Peterson whenever the conversation turns to dentistry. They are simply the BEST !!! What I said!!!

Exceptional care!

I recently have had the need for a tooth implant and began the process with Dr. Peterson's office. • Communication as to what steps I needed to follow (before expected arriving for my appointment) were shared with me the one week before my appointment. • When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome by staff members and Dr. Peterson. • Dr. Peterson took time to visit with me (before my dental work) as to what would be occurring. during my visit, and how I could help him during the dental procedure. Dr. Peterson carefully checked on my comfort throughout my visit.. • Once my dental work was completed, Dr. Peterson spent time showing me the dental x-rays as to what had occurred. He provided time for my questions, and provided the information that I would need for the next few days. • My visit was a well needed service and needed experience.

The only thing I regret is not switching to this practice sooner! Dr. Peterson is extremely gentle and competent - had two old fillings replaced with no pain and no issues after. The practice runs very smoothly and everyone there from the hygienists to the front desk is professional and lovely to work with. So glad I found them!

I’m a new patient after relocating from out of state. The entire office was amazing. Dr. Peterson was very friendly and informative. I loved my hygienist! She explained everything along the way and made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite. Since meeting Dr, Oeterson it’s so much better. He is kind,honest and truly wants to help

The team at Dr Peterson’s office are always smiling and welcoming, and prompt on appointment times. I love that they are so conscious of explaining things - what they’re doing, what they’re looking at, how to handle next steps. Always enjoy my visits… and who loves going to the dentist?!?!

Dr. Peterson and Kathleen are artists. They know that I have had unfortunate experiences before I found them and they make sure I am comfortable and supported throughout the process. Watching them work together is choreography and I am so grateful for the care they and the whole staff provide.

James Peterson is an excellent dentist surrounded by an experienced professional team.

Dr. Peterson recently took care of two problem areas that I've had been putting off. I had not had any dental work in many, many years and was anxious about the pain and recovery time. The cap replacement was completely painless from start to finish and I was able to go about my day without any after affects. Dr. Peterson has the technology to build the cap in-house so one visit and it was complete. The second was a bridge replacement. Other than the initial injections to block pain, there was no pain during or afterwards. The bridge was made in a lab and Dr. Peterson ensured it fit perfectly. After the numbness wore off, the bridge felt completely natural as if no work had been done. The friendly, supportive staff made sure I was comfortable at all stages through both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Pedersen practice.
