Tooth Replacement Options We Offer
At James Peterson Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we believe everyone deserves the healthiest and most beautiful smile possible. Every day we see patients who would like to replace missing teeth or have broken, cracked and decayed teeth that need to be restored to optimum health. We are here to help you find a solution that will be the best for your needs. Our focus is centered around making treatment as easy and efficient as possible. We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure a top-notch experience and outcome.
Same-Day Crowns
Dental crowns are necessary to fix a number of oral health issues including discolored, decay and broken teeth. With CEREC 3D technology we can complete the entire treatment in just one visit. Dr. Peterson scans your teeth with a 3D camera. This means no goopy, gaggy impressions, no temporary crowns, and no follow-up visits. It is all completed the same day! This treatment allows us to restore your teeth to their original strength and beauty.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are an amazing way to replace one or more missing teeth. An implant is a titanium tooth ‘root’ that is integrated into the jawbone and supports an artificial tooth. These teeth look and feel like a natural tooth, are permanent and long-lasting, and with an implant you can eat what you want. When someone is missing all of their teeth in one or both arches, we highly recommend an implant denture, which is commonly known as an “All-on-Four”. The upper and/or lower full set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. This gives the patient a denture that feels real and natural, is permanent and does not move or come loose. The dental implant denture is a superior alternative to traditional dentures.
Dental Bridges
When implants are not an option a dental bridge is an excellent alternative. A bridge replaces missing teeth by attaching artificial teeth to adjacent natural teeth. Bridges look completely natural and are not removable. This is an esthetic, comfortable and long-lasting solution for a missing tooth.
